VT hotkey with vaio laptop

I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to create a VT hotkey using this type of laptop?

i'm begining to hate vt. V it's self is hard to make a hot key if you've never used it beofre. don't ask me how to do it, i know how to but never could explain it. sorry.

Hmm, I did it the same way I did it on the desk top (I have a vaio as well.) Have you set it up before on the desktop?
